Rick Davis is a Partner at Stonecourt Capital (SCC), a New York City Private Equity Firm and has been in the private equity business for 14 years. In addition to his business career, Rick Davis has a long and distinguished career in both the public and private sector. Rick has been active in US politics from 1980 to 2008 serving on the Presidential campaign of President Ronald Reagan (‘80 & ‘84), President George H. W. Bush (‘88 & ‘92), Senator Robert Dole (‘96) and finally as Senator John S. McCain’s (2000 & 2008 Presidential campaigns and three U.S. Senate re-elections) National Campaign Manager. Mr. Davis also served in numerous US Government appointments including three senior appointments in Reagan Administration Cabinet Agencies (Interior Dept., HUD and the Commerce Dept.) and in the White House as Special Assistant to President Reagan for the Domestic Policy Council.
