Tom Seaman is a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State where he works at the intersection of emerging technology and national security. He was previously the Legislative Director for With Honor Action, a non-profit dedicated to advancing bipartisan legislation focused on national security and promoting public service. He was a Green and Gold Congressional Fellow for Congressman Derek Kilmer and a HillVets Fellow for Senator Cory Booker. Originally from Epping, New Hampshire, Tom is a Marine Corps veteran and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University. He lives in northern Virginia with his wife and son.
