Ina Filote has served as an advisor for the Defense, Public Order, and National Security Committee within the Romanian Chamber of Deputies since 2015. She has focused her work on legislative and parliamentary diplomacy activities related to the defense and security sector. As a parliamentary committee advisor, she has the opportunity to contribute to the continuous process of improving legislation, with an emphasis on the governing framework of the security sector, while also focusing on enhancing inter-institutional cooperation and promoting parliamentary diplomacy. Ina believes that through her work, she can enact changes for the greater good both in Romania and abroad. Her educational background includes Bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Public Relations, Law Studies and Foreign Languages, and a Master’s degree in Islamic Societies.
