Damilola Oligbinde is a young female lawyer, writer, inclusion advocate, and politician with over 10 years of experience in project management and community development. She is passionate about advancing democratic values through Advocacy, Good Governance, Gender Equality, and Education. She is the Principal Partner of Ark and Rainbow Movement, a non-profit organization that provides project management and support for leadership development., capacity building, and good governance, and Mind and Ink Consult, a writing and ideation consultancy firm. She is presently the National Director of Communications and Programs for the African Democratic Congress, one of the youngest National Working Committee members of a political party in Nigeria. Her works in the civic engagement and public management sectors have resulted in her selection / recognition for the following: Best Female Outstanding Model of the year(Leadership Mind Ambassador Awards), 2018; World Justice Challenge and SDG16Innovation Challenge in 2019; the Global Peace Chain (Malaysia); the AfricanYouthCommission Conference (Kenya - 2020); Young African Leaders Initiative, Regional Leadership Center, West Africa (2020); "Young Female Politician of the Year Award", ADC Diaspora Network, 2021; African Civic Engagement Academy, University of Georgia in 2022; "Young African Women Leads Award" for building a leading Africa under Politics by Africa Youth Leads Initiative, 2023, to list a few. She has just been selected alongside over 600 African Leaders for the 2023MandelaWashington Fellowship, to study Leadership in Public Management track at Cornell University
