Brian Lombardo

Brian Lombardo currently serves as an all-source analyst covering Middle East counterterrorism topics at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). Brian previously served as Executive Assistant to the NCTC Deputy Director and has completed rotations on the Presidential Daily Brief staff and as an intelligence briefer to the National Security Council. Prior to these positions, he worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency and for the Joint Staff Director for Intelligence (J2), covering Levant-based terrorist groups and the threat they pose to the U.S. Brian received his B.A. in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University and an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
