An Integrated Humanitarian and Development Strategist with over a decade of experience in funded-project management and a steadfast commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and accountability. A journey initiated with an academic engineer, researcher, then polarized into fund management specialist for humanitarian and developmental programs which eventually shaped into a well-rounded individual with a unique blend of experiences dedicated to complement the passion for professional advocacy role aiming a lasting impact on others’ lives in the world. Has a track record of successfully managing internationally funded humanitarian and developmental programs in the Middle East Region, embodies working for a cause greater than oneself. Participating in working for a diverse array of international programs in Health, Education, Protection, livelihoods and Democracy enabled active contribution to drafting institutional policies and procedures. Utilizing extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills served in fostering successful collaborations and negotiations in the region with a wide range of stakeholders, including non-profit sectors, governmental bodies, minorities, excluded groups, and Parliamentary/Senate members both nationally and internationally. Cumulative expertise in managing complex processes for various international programs has been recognized for contributions to workflow optimization, impacting the acceptance of new initiatives by governing authorities and ensuring successful implementation. Played significant roles in implementing international humanitarian and development programs for several international NGOs, including International Rescue Committee (IRC), King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC), Save the Children International (SCI), and Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). Currently serving as the Grants Funds and Partnerships Manager for implementing an FCDO-funded-initiative enhancing the participation and resilience of civil society organizations in Jordan, focusing on peace and security for excluded groups or people with denied voices including people with disabilities, women, and refugees.
