Johannes Lang is a John F. Kennedy Scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School working on migration and tech policy. He leads the Afghan Future Fund's Refugee Entrepreneurship Program and helped incubate the Talent Mobility Fund. Previously, he worked as a researcher for the Office of Eric Schmidt and Schmidt Futures on a variety of philanthropic initiatives at the intersection of AI and geopolitics. He is a recurring opinion contributor for The Hill and has held stints at the European AI Office, UNHCR, and CNN. Johannes holds a BA from Harvard University and is currently completing his MBA/MPP from MIT and Harvard.
