Senior Policy Advisor, EarthRights International
Kirk Herbertson is a Senior Policy Advisor at EarthRights International, a human rights and environmental nonprofit working in the United States, Southeast Asia, and Latin America with partners across the globe. EarthRights takes legal action against perpetrators of human rights, environmental, and climate abuses; trains activists; and works with communities in their pursuit of justice and accountability. Kirk is also a board member of the Alliance for Land, Indigenous and Environmental Defenders (ALLIED), a global coalition that supports those who are targeted with violence as a result of their environmental advocacy.
